Privacy policy
CaringAtlas is built to help families choose senior care with confidence, and that includes being careful with your information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you browse CaringAtlas, we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. Advertising and ad-personalization signals are turned off, and we do not build advertising profiles. When you choose to contact us through our "get help finding care" form, you give us the details you enter, such as the type of care you are looking for, a location, a timeline, and how to reach you, so that we can help.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to help you find and compare senior care, and to follow up about your request. We do not sell your personal information. If we introduce you to a community and you ask us to, we share the details needed to arrange a tour or a quote; we do not share your information with communities you have not asked about.
What we never do
We never publish your personal contact information on the site. The directory itself contains only consumer-facing information about care communities (names, public addresses and phones, ratings, the official inspection record); it never contains private individual contact data. We never sell your data to data brokers.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time by contacting [email protected]. You can also use your browser's privacy controls to limit analytics. Because senior care decisions often involve a family member, only submit another person's information if you are authorized to do so.
